The 5-8 club Tavern and Grill is a casual place where friends and families can gather to share a great meal at a great value. We serve a varitey of appetizers, burgers (our Juicy Lucy is a favorite), and sandwiches.Recent 5-8 Club Reviews

This is the 4th time we have visited the 5-8 club and this will be the last. Here’s the score
SRIKE 1 - My wife and I brought our out of town family to the 5-8 Club because they had heard about the Juicy Lucy's. We ordered three different appetizers to share and our burgers. We asked that we get our appetizers fist. We waited 20 minutes and no appetizers. When we tracked down our server we were told they would be served with the rest of the food.
Strike 2 – Three of the six burgers were cold and undercooked (read raw hamburger)
Strike 3 – All of the appetizers were cold
So 5-8 Club “You’re Out”

I have to agree with some of the reviews posted. The Juicy Lucy was pretty good, but the service was very poor. The servers were not friendly at all and well try waiting 2.5 hours for a burger and fries with 7 kids. This time frame was not waiting for a table it was sitting at the table waiting for a server, then waiting for our drinks, waiting for our food and then again waiting for the bill. Not my idea of a good time!
Yes the food was pretty good and the cleanliness of the 5-8 was so so. I am not sure if I will be back...I would rather make my own burgers at home then wait that long again for a burger and fries. I also feel they need to review staffing levels...more staff would be helpful!
