Have you visited the Edelweiss Restaurant recently? The food is out of this world. And the prices are reasonable. Chef Ron Roberts does a fantastic job with his authentic German menu. Pork Schnitzel, Wiener Schnitzel, Sauerbraten, or whatever you have a hunger for, you will find done to your liking. Try some of the Staetzle, the small Bavarian dumplings, maybe with a little bit of gravy over them for a welcome treat. You will also find the German Potato Salad to be quite tasty. They also have several tasty sausages, from the mild Bratwurst to the slightly spicier Knackwurst. Don't pass up the chance for some of their delicious, much requested, bread pudding covered with a delicious whiskey sauce. Not sure if you like German Fare... they also have a full American menu. There is also a kid's menu with children's favorites. Wednesday is always packed with folks orderng the great $9.95 German-American Buffet. This has become an area favorite and it's always different. Now that warm weather is upon us you can also dine on the patio overlooking beautiful German Park. The interior is quite reminiscent of a Bavarian Gast Haus. Service is always prompt and extremely courteous and friendly. Why not go down and join the friendly German folk at the Edelweiss this week. They also have authentic German music playing to enhance your dining experience. I usually eat down there at least once a week, sometimes twice. I am hooked.

The food was great! We can tell you at this time that the Wednesday buffet was very tasty and affordable. We are planning a return visit very soon. The ambience is very German along with the music the motife and the very large very cold very tasty imported beer. As the weather breaks it will be a pleasure to return here when all is in full bloom as there is outdoor dining as well, Enjoy!

Midtown Grill is great for a date night or any kind of get-together. They have a nice dinning area, great food, and the best filet dijon in Broad Ripple. The atmosphere is romantic and elegant yet casual. Summer is my favorite time to go because th
