The food here is fabulous! They have the best Green Corn Tamales in Phoenix and a menu full of other great meals. Very casual, large satisfying portions and the best salsa and chips! Don't miss this one! We discovered Hal O Penos when we lived in the neighborhood 20 years ago. We now live in MN and get to Phoenix often. Eating at Hal o Penos is one of the things we most look forward to each time we visit!
