Offering you a non-smoking environment, Caribbean decor, rave reviews, top ten chefs and professional staff, it's a perfect setting for a memorable culinary experience.The company was founded in 1995, when it first opened it's 600 sq ft of catering space in 1922 West 18th St. What started as a catering and to-go idea in this 5 stool location has become one of Houston's finest bringing out the concept of new Latino Fusion of Caribbean flavors.
Cafe Red Onion has been a top restaurant in a very competitive Houston market and our goal is to stay competitive in the years to come, and extend our family of employees with the growth opportunity as we approach the next level,franchising.

This is one fine restaurant. Every time we are near, we try to dine there. I highly recommend it for anyone. The staff is very friendly, and the food is great!

I LOVE PEPPERS, the real thing, fresh, the tortas, quesadillas, tacos on homemade corn tortillas, sopes, flautas, burgers with variety of toppings, lots of SALSAS, pico de gallo so gooood!!!
