I'm in New Orleans once a month for business and I make it a point to stop into the Harbor every time. It's got the best burgers (I'm thinking there should be a Food Network Challenge between the Harbor and Port O'Call) and the best wings in the French Qtr. It seems crazy to give a bar 5 stars but wait until you try it -- and when crawfish are in season this is the place to get them. Two months ago the owner/manager was out front personally working the boil. The service is friendly and attentive and they make the experience even better. It's tough to beat the food, staff, atmosphere and value that you receive at the Harbor.

Came to the "French Quarters" in New Oleans for our honeymoon. N.O Saints and Houston Texans were playing a pre-season game that night so we wanted to find a sports bar to hang out and watch the game. Wondered upon the Harbon Bar and Grill where I met the most wonderful people. Bartenders were always smiling and the owner stopped by and talked with us for awhile. It was a great experience and we enjoyed every minute of our visit.( I hear the food is great also ) Stop by and check'em out. Tell Stacy I said hello, she was a real nice bartender that made us feel right at home.
