First I want to say that some people would think that I am out of my mind driving all the way to Atlanta Ga from 30++ miles North of Charlotte NC for Dinner on a Saturday night ,for those people who say that I would say to them they where not at Woodfire Grill this evening!
From the first step into Woodfire Grill the experience begins.... The Service by far the Best at any restaurant that I have ever been not over bearing as this would be very easy with Kevin from Top Chef preparing your food!
First course I had Roasted Local okra corno di toro pepper coulis chilled fennel and anson mills farro piccolo . I have grown Okra and had Okra every way but, roasted smokey baby okra? Can I get this on Ice cream? YUM
Second pan Seared Diver Scallops PERFECT! Braised Bacon,Fried carrot, glazed lentils de puy,Black-eyed pea puree
Third Glazed Local Bobwhite Quail, Roasted filet beans, sweet potato puree, toasted and Glazed Pecans
Veg was Roasted Red Ace beets caramelized onion, red wine vinegar
Dessert Chocolate pain Perdu Pistachio Fromage blanc mousse chocolate sauce, candied pistachios
When a Restaurant takes steps to insure as a Diner you get the finest freshest ingredients what does that tell you about how they cook it?
Kevin ,Nick and The Staff at Woodfire let the Food do the talking !! YELP can I give them 6 Stars? Excellent!! We will see you soon my Friends!

We went to Allie's last summer every morning for breakfast, it was fabulous!

This restaurant is one of the best-run places around. Service & food was very good. Portions were well worth the price.
Excellent : grilled chicken salad.

We love Houston's. I can't believe you no longer serve the Biltmore Special (chicken sandwich). That was our favorite. None of your restaurants are really close to us, but we went there 2-3 times a month just for that sandwich.

There is nothing else like Anthony's. We had an intimate dinner without having to raise our voices and the meal was great. My crab cakes came with corn salad and were not full of bread crumbs or phone crab. I loved dthe steamed bass with angel hair p
